1 lb - chocolate
1 lb - roasted barley
1 - 1084 irish ale wyeast
4 oz - fuggles 3.8% aa (boil)
1 oz - fuggles 3.8% aa (15 min)

9:13 mash starts at 155°F in 178°F water
10:16 sparge starts with 150°F water
10:25 sparge water at 160°F
10:34 sparge water at 170°F
10:38 sparge water at 179°F
11:16 sparge ends at 147°F
11:45 hot break ends
12:45 boil ends
1:00 wort chill ends
1:30 all cleaned up
1:35 beers poured, ready to drink
