2 oz - centennials 11.3% aa (boil)
2 oz - fuggles 4.5% aa (15 min)

11:47 start heating mash/sparge water
12:30 mash starts at 170°F in 180°F water
1:30 sparge starts with 180°F water
mash at 157°F
2:30 sparge ends, mash at 148°F
2:30 boil starts at 147°F
2:51 hot break ends
3:51 boil ends
3:53 wort chill starts
4:03 wort chill ends
4:30 all cleaned up

Notes
Poor fermentation, added more yeast to try to reactivate, but did not help.
½ oz of fuggles (4.0% aa) (per 5 gallons) used to dry hop in secondary.
Very sweet beer, like Alaskan Amber.
