10:45 start heating mash/sparge water
11:15 mash starts at 167°F in 180°F water
12:15 sparge starts with 185°F water
mash at 155°F
1:13 sparge ends, mash at 145°F
1:35 hot break ends
2:35 boil ends
2:41 wort chill starts
2:51 wort chill ends
3:30 all cleaned up
