1 lb - chocolate
1 lb - roasted barley
2 - 1084 irish ale wyeast
4 oz - fuggles 4.6% aa (boil)
2 oz - fuggles 4.6% aa (15 min)

11:50 start heating strike water (8.25 gal)
12:20 mash starts - mash: 163°F
strike water: 173°F
1:20 mash ends - mash: 148°F
1:30 sparge starts - mash: 173°F
water: 190°F
1:50 sparge ends - mash: 166°F
water 182°F (8.25 gals added)
2:05 hot break ends
3:12 boil ends
3:50 all cleaned up
