8:15 start heating strike water (10 gal)
8:45 mash starts - mash: 152°F
strike water: 162°F
9:45 mash ends - mash: 150°F
10:05 sparge starts - mash: 176°F
water: 185°F
10:18 sparge ends - mash: 171°F
water 182°F (6 gals added)
10:45 hot break ends
11:45 boil ends
12:05 all cleaned up
